Purpose and limitations
Papilio provides general exercise, nutrition and supplement information and planning tools for adults. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care, and does not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional. This beta has not received independent clinical or legal approval.
AI responses, photo interpretations, food portions and energy estimates may be incomplete or incorrect. Check your inputs, units and proposed changes before accepting them. Seek appropriate professional advice where a recommendation depends on a health condition, medicine, injury, pregnancy, eating-disorder concern or other individual risk. Do not change prescribed treatment because of an app response. Stop activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms and seek appropriate help.
Evidence and your responsibilities
Research links explain evidence informing the approach, including its limitations. They do not establish that every recommendation suits you or guarantee an outcome or timeline. You are responsible for accurate information, checking suitability and using equipment safely. These responsibilities do not exclude our own legal duties or your statutory rights.
Membership
Paid sales remain unavailable until launch requirements are completed. Proposed annual prices are Core £25 with starter monthly AI allowances, Plus £50 with stated monthly AI allowances, and Max £100 with higher stated allowances. Coach request limits are 25, 50 and 150 per month respectively. Food, photo and menu limits are shown in Membership. Max is not unlimited. Where offered, the first trial is 30 days; checkout must show the first charge date and annual upfront renewal amount. Cancel renewal anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. No routine partial-year rebate, subject to applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights. An unavailable AI service must not start a paid AI trial. Tier changes require a clearly priced, confirmed billing process; changing a preview does not change a subscription.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. A disclaimer is not a guarantee of safety or a substitute for careful service provision.

Use Settings → Send feedback for beta reports, or email support@whitechapelapps.com. It is not an emergency or continuously monitored clinical service. Papilio is operated by Whitechapel Apps Limited. Company registration details will be published once supplied and verified. No paid checkout is enabled by these terms.
